workshop will give you lots of information, with fashion parades, seminars and experts to have in depth discussions with. These events have been hugely popular in the past
and tickets are limited. Grab your groom or your girlfriends and get some tickets. The famous "rumpus room" will be open on the day with pool tables, foosball, pinball and
all manner of fun for the blokes. Astra Bridal are putting together an amazing goodie bag (can't tell you what is in there as it is secret!).

THE EDGE and BUTTERFLY CREEK's MAN MADE WEDDING - Jessica and Tony
This was a unique wedding to say the least - one man and just 72 hours to plan his whole wedding!
In conjunction with The Edge and Butterfly Creek, we had a fantastic day shooting this wedding. After an early morning start with JayJay, Mike and Dom broadcasting live from Butterfly Creek, our Bride Jessica arrived only to be told that her ceremony was acutally talking place way up high on the Rocket Ropes course. This brave Bride didn't disappoint her guests or Edge listeners, as she made her way across the ropes to her groom Tony. Their unfrogettable ceremony was conducted by celebrant Ewen Gilmour (complete with "celebrant helmet cam") and after a quick exchange of rings, it was back to the safety of the Butterfly Creek grounds for a photo shoot and breakfast reception.
This was our first "above ground" wedding and we look foward to sharing their video with you.

ITS A GIRL!
We recently had the pleasure of capturing Rachel and Mike's gorgeous spring wedding at Cornwallis. The couple's picnic style wedding day came complete with Mr. Whippy truck for the guests to enjoy, however the highlight of the day for many was their extra special wedding cake. Rachel and Mike, who were 20 weeks pregnant on their wedding day, announced the gender of their baby to family and friends when they cut their wedding cake to reveal pink! The couple had yet to find out themselves if they were having a boy or girl, so it was quite an intense and wonderful moment! You can view some of the pics here: Rachel & Mike - Mistral Photography
BRIDE'S ELEGANT AFTERNOON TEA
Creative Video is proud to be participating in the "Bride's Elegant Afternoon Tea" charity event raising money for endometrosis. We are exicted to be capturing the event for Astra Bridal and look forward to enjoying a fantastic afternoon with all attending.
Astra Bridals annual charity wedding event will be held at Parnells on the 25th September from 2pm – 4pm. With 100% of the proceeds going Endometriosis NZ this event is not only a fantastic opportunity for brides to connect one on one in an intimate atmosphere with Auckland’s premiere wedding partners but also supports a great cause. Every bride will receive a goodie bag, and a glass of bubbly and High Tea taster is included in the ticket price. The event also includes a fashion parade showcasing the latest styles and trends in the wedding industry.
The event provides an opportunity for brides to access leading wedding experts in a relaxed environment. Mini seminars will be take place throughout the afternoon drawing on the knowledge and extensive experience of the professionals. Seminars include getting the best out of your photography and how to pose from Maree Turner Photography, Hair and Make-up mini make-overs from stylists Fusion, and room styling tips from Centrepiece. Photobooth Fun will also be on hand with their booths – a great, fun and memorable addition to any wedding.
The idea for the charity event came 3 years ago from Astra Bridal Owner and wedding expert Lori McPherson. “I heard so many stories from our Astra brides about the difficulties they experienced from having Endometriosis. We wanted to give something back and the charity event grew from here.”

Creative Video will be providing the wedding videography for Rebecca and Justin's special day, which is taking place on Saturday 3rd September, 2011 at Bracu.
